  13.     readme.wri
  14.     bwcc.dll.

  16.  The file bwcc.dll is (C) Copyright Borland International Inc. 
  17.  All other files are (C) Copyright Gerald Wilson 1994.

  19.  The software may be distributed to others provided that any charge that 
  20.  is made is limited to covering distribution and materials.

  22.  The software shall not be altered in any way witout the written permission of
